Services Description
Plateau Swan provides outdoor fitness training programs including personal training, group classes, hiking programs, and wellness retreats. Services are provided by certified instructors in outdoor environments.
Eligibility and Participation
Participants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Complete health screening questionnaires accurately
- Disclose relevant medical conditions or physical limitations
- Follow instructor guidance and safety protocols
- Maintain adequate health insurance coverage
Assumption of Risk
Outdoor physical activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to:
- Injury from physical exertion or terrain hazards
- Exposure to weather conditions
- Wildlife encounters
- Equipment malfunction
By participating, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your safety. Plateau Swan is not liable for injuries resulting from program participation except in cases of gross negligence.
Health and Medical Disclaimer
Our programs are not medical treatments and do not replace professional healthcare. Consult your physician before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have cardiovascular conditions, joint problems, or chronic health issues.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Session cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. Monthly program fees are non-refundable after the first week. Weather cancellations initiated by Plateau Swan will be rescheduled or credited.
Code of Conduct
Participants must:
- Treat instructors and other participants with respect
- Follow Leave No Trace principles
- Arrive prepared with appropriate gear and hydration
- Notify instructors of any discomfort or physical concerns during sessions
Violation of conduct standards may result in program removal without refund.
Intellectual Property
All website content, training materials, and program designs are the intellectual property of Plateau Swan. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
